·         No refunds for goods correctly supplied.

·         The following item carry no warranty:

1.     Power Supplies.

2.     Cooling Units.

3.     Recordable Compact Disks /DVD’s.

4.    Computer Lighting Equipment.

5.    Software.

6.    Mice and Keyboards.

7.    Items damaged by lightning, power surge.

8.    Items damaged by mishandling / negligence.

9.    Items with damaged / missing barcode labels.

10. Opening items will immediately Fold the warranty.

11. Cutting / Joining cables of items.

·         Technical Department requirements:

1.    Cteq Computers respect client’s privacy and will handle information as confidential.

2.    It is the client’s responsibility to make backups of data prior to handing PC systems in for repair.

3.    The client should specify the exact fault(s) to the Technician. Upon collection the client will be shown that the specified fault(s) are fixed, and new problems occurring after the repair will be handed as a new repair-request.

4.    Cteq Computers is not responsible for any losses or damages to client-property (Hard or Software).

5.    Printers & Monitors will not be repaired

6.    No software whatsoever will be loaded on any PC without the legal software being present.

7.    Clients to supply all drivers and relevant software before commencing repairs of any kind

8.    Cteq Computers takes no responsibility for any incompatibility problems
